The combat/tactical athlete is anyone who engages in high-risk/high demand operations. These operators/athletes require high levels of muscular strength, muscular endurance, speed, power, agility,  balance, joint mobility and muscle flexibility.  As well as the ability to maintain focus and clarity of thought under stress, both physical and mental. They need to have a superior energy system development and must be able to operate in both an anaerobic/aerobic environment for extended periods of time. Proper preparation with enable these athletes to handle the rigors and stress of these high intensity environments. 

Combat Athlete Training Systems uses a variety training methods, protocols and tools to target these adaptations.  Do you have to be warrior to fit into this mold?  Hell no, it is as much a mindset as it is a method of training.  Anyone, at most any level can train this way.  That's the beauty of it.  The protocols we use allow you to perform at your best and focus on your results.  Do we compete with each other, for sure, but we are focused on your results based on your goals.
