Everyone is an Athlete. Train like one.

Whether you are preparing for a world class athletic competition, Spartan or Tough Mudder race, or just Life, training at CATS will provide you the physical and mental capacity to take on whatever challenges are thrown your way. 

This is a private training facility providing 1-on-1 coaching, semi-private and small group training using a variety of unique tools and methods to develop and enhance strength, muscle endurance, metabolic conditioning, and mental toughness.  We work with elite level athletes, weekend warriors, executives, and anyone desiring structured training and results. Our group classes are limited to 6-8 people to provide the personal attention, coaching, and results you seek.

History

Don't let the name fool you.  You don't have to be a Combat or Tactical Athlete to train here. With over 35 years of combined elite military experience, working with top coaches and athletes around the world, and a foundation in academics and science, we have incorporated the methods and systems used by elite athletes and special forces in our Combat Athlete Training Systems methodology.

Established in 2014. But our training methods and principles go back hundreds of years to the proving grounds of the Spartan ring, the Olympic arena, and the combat field.
